At Sentro, we want every knitting experience to be smooth and enjoyable. If something isn’t right with your order, our team is here to assist.

Return Policy

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Please note: After the 7-day period, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • Please use a tracked shipping method and wait for our confirmation email with instructions before sending your return.
